Dr Irene Ngu graduated from the University of NSW in 1991 and completed her intern and residence year at Royal North Shore and St George Hospitals.
She completed her anatomical pathology and cytology training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney and laboratory haematology training at Woden Valley Hospital, Canberra. Irene worked at Laverty Pathology from 1998 prior to joining Pathology NSW.
Since its inception in late 2009, Dr Ngu became one of the supervising pathologists at Pathology NSW.
